HOW TO USE:

1. Rinse your mouth with clean water. Use a cotton pad or swab to dry your teeth.

2. The long strip is for the upper teeth, and the short strip is for the lower teeth. Apply the lower strip first.

3. Place the strip directly on the teeth, aligning the edge with the gum line (do not cover the gums). Fold the excess part over the back of your teeth.

4. Press the strip firmly onto the surface and between the teeth to ensure good contact.

5. Leave on for 30–60 minutes.

6. Gently remove the strip and rinse your mouth with water at room temperature. Use your finger to gently clean any residue.

TREATMENT PLAN:

• Use for at least 7 consecutive days for visible results.

• If your teeth are severely stained, use the 14-day sensitivity course to see noticeable whitening.

• For best results, follow the full 20–21 day regimen as recommended by the manufacturer.
